I spent over 25 years leading digital strategy and transformation at some of the largest financial services organizations in the country. Large banks, insurance companies, and financial platforms with billions in assets under management. I built digital revenue systems, led technology transformations, launched products, and managed teams and vendor ecosystems responsible for hundreds of millions in digital revenue.
During that time, I watched the digital landscape evolve from a supplementary channel into the primary one — and I saw exactly what it takes to build a system where digital genuinely drives business growth, not just generates reports.
