About Fernando

I've sat on your side of the table.

Before building Rokture, I spent more than 25 years inside financial services and digital growth, leading strategy, building experiences, and advising executives on how digital creates measurable business value.

Why Rokture exists

Great financial firms don't need more marketing activity.

They need someone who understands the business well enough to know which growth problems are actually worth solving.

I've worked inside large financial institutions, led digital strategy, managed complex initiatives, and advised executives on customer experience and growth. I also know smaller firms do not need the overhead, politics, or complexity that often comes with enterprise transformation.

Rokture brings the useful part of that experience to firms that need senior leadership, clear priorities, and measurable progress.

The perspective I bring

Strategy from someone who has had to make it work.

My background spans the places where growth usually becomes disconnected, business strategy, digital experience, marketing, technology, data, and execution.

01Operator

Inside financial institutions

I've worked in environments where growth targets, customer expectations, compliance, technology constraints, and internal priorities all compete for attention.

That means recommendations have to survive contact with the real business.
02Strategist

Across digital growth

My career has centered on connecting digital experiences and capabilities to outcomes that leadership actually cares about, not simply launching more channels or campaigns.

Digital is valuable when it changes the economics of the business.
03Advisor

At the executive level

At Forrester, I advised leaders navigating digital strategy, customer experience, organizational priorities, and investment decisions across complex businesses.

Clarity is often more valuable than another tactic.

What I believe

The principles behind how I work.

01

Revenue before activity.

Marketing and digital should be accountable to business outcomes, not a longer list of things completed.

02

Trust is an asset.

For financial firms, digital should strengthen the relationships and credibility already driving the business.

03

Strategy should simplify.

A good strategy makes priorities clearer, reduces wasted effort, and tells teams what not to do.

04

Technology follows the need.

Tools, automation, and AI should support the growth strategy rather than become the strategy.

Why fractional

Senior leadership without building another executive department.

Most smaller financial firms do not need a large internal marketing organization. They need an experienced leader who can see the whole system, establish priorities, coordinate the right resources, and keep execution tied to growth.
